I almost did not get up to go skate this morning.  But thinking back to my last two performances, that itself made me leave home at 8:00am on a Saturday. 

10:35 to 11:00     Took my time with edges and a little bit of stroking

11:00 to 11:35      Waltz, waltz, salchow, salchow, loop, loop, flip (eh, so-so), flip (ok), lutz?  I was getting tired and distracted with looseness of my right boot.  I told myself what if this was competition skate? Let me tough it out and see.  All my attempts were non existent.  My technique fell apart and before I know it I had to get off. 

11:35 to 12:50      Ate pizza, relaxed, socialized

1:05 to 1:25      I started to feel lethargic and un-inspired.  I managed to do up to a flip.  But the lutz was still nowhere
