I got back from Hartford, CT late last night.  I attended Skate America for the third time in a row.   It was of course a learning experience, this year though it was more worthwhile.  I have asked Nobunari Oda, Emily Hughes, and Kurt Browning about performance tips and advice. 

PS: after being exposed to the cold at the rink and going in and out of the cold rain and wind, Im getting a cold , my chest is congested
