skated at Nyack last night and it went ok. I started to figure out which program to skate to, and settled with Tosca. I grabbed my Ipod and started the initial stages of the program. I first listened to the music and mapped out the jumps and spins, then started acting out the emotion-nuances and see how much energy I need/produce, and finally after 5 minutes of the same two step process I decided that this will be my program.

I felt powerful and free with this program.  It is a good challenge for me, I feel its the most difficult program that I am about to do so far in my skating.
